Can you provide onboarding at our location?
Yes. We can provide on-location onboarding for an additional charge. Remote onboarding is included in your monthly fee on every plan.
Is ongoing best-practice support included?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited support and a quarterly best-practice review. The review is included in your monthly fee, with no additional charge.
Are there any fees beyond the monthly subscription?
Your monthly subscription covers the platform and included services. Remote onboarding, setup, customisation, quarterly best-practice reviews, API access and the Shopify integration are all included, together with unlimited users, unlimited support and unlimited data. On-location onboarding is optional and charged separately.
Are onboarding, setup and customisation included?
Yes. Remote onboarding, setup and customisation are included in your monthly fee on every plan. If you prefer onboarding at your location, we can arrange it for an additional charge.
Are API access and the Shopify integration included?
Yes. Every plan includes API access and the Shopify integration as part of the monthly fee. Neither carries an additional charge.
What counts as an active article?
One style in one colour, until its style is archived: the level most of the work in Resourced happens at. A jacket in three colours is one product, three articles, and however many SKUs its sizes make. Sizes are never counted, so entering the full size run costs nothing.
When does an article stop counting?
When its style is archived, cancelled, dropped, discontinued, phased out or stopped. Once an article is ordered or shelved, archive it and the slot comes back. The count is visible in Resourced at any time.
How does my plan stay current?
We baseline your article count when you sign and review it once a year. Only the movement against that baseline changes your price, and you can see the count yourself, so the review holds no surprises. We use your average over the trailing twelve months, not a single day’s count. Movement within five per cent either way changes nothing. Your price never drops below the level you signed at, so archiving is always free to do.
What happens above 2,500 articles?
Enterprise starts from €1990 a month. We agree one monthly fee with you based on your range and setup. Remote onboarding, setup, customisation, quarterly best-practice reviews, API access and Shopify integration are included. There are no separate setup or integration charges.
An article is one style in one colour.
