An article is one style in one colour. It is active, and counts, until its style is archived, cancelled, dropped, discontinued, phased out or stopped: when it is ordered or shelved, archive it and the slot comes back. Sizes are never counted. Access to your product development plan can be shared with as many users as you like. Custom integrations are an Enterprise arrangement: they are built with you, so they are priced with you.
