What is an active product? Can I keep track of archived products?

An active product is something currently in development. When you’ve sent your order or decide not to move forward, move the product to the archives to keep track of former styles.

What is the difference between a product and a unit?

A product is an idea you have in development. When you are ready to place an order, your product becomes a series of units for planned and placed orders. Units are counted by standard SKU (stock-keeping unit).

What happens if my account reaches product or unit limit?
